Dr. Troy Walker and Dr. Heather Walker are married with three beautiful children and have practiced together in Columbus since 2003. They are passionate about helping individuals and families, anyone who’s choosing to take control and responsibility of their own health and full expression of life. They are both longstanding members of ICPA, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, helping children and newborns grow healthy naturally.

For two years in a row, Advanced Wellness received the Family Practice Award of Excellence from a global group of Chiropractors dedicated to chiropractic excellence and a natural approach to health and wellness.

  • Founder

    It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • Founder

    Dr. Heather Walker felt the power of chiropractic in high school, when she suffered from chronic sinus infections, asthma, and illness. After seeing a chiropractor for just two months, she was off all inhalers, no longer experienced sinus infections, and was on her path to health. She became passionate about nutrition, motivated by her own personal health struggles—including hormone imbalances, allergies, and infertility—to help others make nutritional life transformations.

    She carried that passion to The Ohio State University for her undergraduate education and received her doctorate of chiropractic from Life University in 2002. She is board-certified in the state of Ohio, obtained an Advanced Proficiency Rating from Activator Methods International, and holds an advanced certification with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She and her husband, Dr. Troy Walker, have practiced together in Upper Arlington at Advanced Wellness Center since 2003. She is a committed volunteer in the community and a member of and contributor to several local and national organizations.

    Her healthy children, active and loyal patients, and strong record of referrals in the community are all a testament to her passion and commitment to helping others!

  • Chiropractor

    Dr. Kayleigh McCormick’s chiropractic journey began in high school, after years of athletics left her seeking a natural, holistic approach to injury recovery and prevention. Appointments with a local chiropractor got her back on the field, rejuvenated her quality of life, and led her to turn her passion for education and athletics into a career helping others.

    Dr. McCormick received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Charleston and, in 2017, her doctorate of chiropractic from Sherman College of Chiropractic.

    She is actively involved in the community and has a passion for service, regularly volunteering her chiropractic services to local shelters. On the weekends, you can find her outdoors with her husband and their two dogs, hiking, coaching and enjoying nature. She is dedicated to helping others live their life to their maximum potential.

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

    Taylor has been licensed as a Massage Therapist by the State Medical Board of Ohio since 2016. She has her degree in Sports Studies and Exercise Science and has experience as a Personal Trainer.  For the past eight years she has spent her career primarily working with bodybuilders, fitness competitors, and professional athletes. Taylor loves to do medical massage with people who have chronic pain, need pre-operative or post-operative work, or who are recovering from injuries. She takes great pride in teaching her patients as she works with them and believes that recovery is a key essential to anyone meeting their health and wellness goals. Her specialties include but are not limited to massage cupping, trigger point work, sports massage, prenatal massage, scraping, Swedish massage and deep tissue. As much as she likes to educate her patient's, she even more so loves to learn. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she is the kind of person who's going to look into it and find out so you can learn together. She is always working on her continuing education and practicing new modalities.

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

    Ardie Sayoto is a Licensed Massage Therapist from Lima, OH. He obtained his massage license in October of 2020. Being a former Physical Therapist Assistant, he uses his knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to help him treat his patients. Ardie’s massage technique is best described as therapeutic helping you stay comfortable while maintaining a firm/deep pressure.

    In his free time, Ardie loves to play pickleball and competes in local tournaments around Ohio. He also has a French bulldog at home who he likes to take naps with.

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

    Rose began her Wellness Education and Career path in New York and has been in Columbus since 2017.  She currently holds a B.A. in Music, a M.A. in Acupuncture, and has nearly a decade of Licensed Massage Therapy experience.  Her massage uses a combination of techniques to give her clients pain relief. Rose skillfully utilizes a firm and soothing pressure combined with acupressure techniques to address her clients' therapeutic needs. This compassionate approach ensures each session is tailored to relieve muscle tension and promote holistic healing.  In addition to massage therapy, she is a certified Reiki Master and Holistic Health Practitioner.
