Dr. Kayla is a Holistic Orthopedic & Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Prenatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist & mama of 3 littles who is passionate about proactive, root-case women’s health care. After seeing too many women suffer from lack of preventative care while working as a clinician in Sports Medicine, she left her medical center position and launched her own Holistically Well Private Practice to teach women how to support their optimal well-being prior to conception, during pregnancy, through postpartum healing, and beyond!
