Please fill out the Inquiry Form. We will check availability and reply within 72 hours. Rentals are first come, first serve based on signed agreement. We require all renters schedule an appointment to stop by the space for a tour. We do not rent the location site unseen as there are some general housekeeping, parking and lockbox details we prefer to review in person.

The Sanctuary can accommodate up to 40 people (30 seated).

Yes, absolutely! You may bring your own prepared food or choose your own caterer/bartender. Our venue features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with high-end appliances and dishware, perfect for cooking demos and dinner parties.

Yes! Tables and chairs are included. You have access to 2 6-foot and 2 4-foot tables & 14 matching chairs. If more tables and chairs are needed, you can bring your own or use a rental service. Any rental items must be delivered and pickup within the event time defined in your rental agreement.

We let guests into the space at the designated start time indicated on the agreement. Please take set-up, tear-down and clean up time into account when determining hours needed.

We ask that you remove all trash and place in dumpsters at the rear of the building, please leave the room as you received it – this includes sweeping up, removing your own decor, and wiping countertops down. We will review all housekeeping rules and entry/exit instructions during your tour.

We do! We have a free private parking lot available for you and your guests only.

Please note that the event room is located on the 2nd floor of our building. There is no elevator access.

Glitter, open flames, pets and illegal drugs. The use of nails, permanent adhesives or command hooks to hang decorations is prohibited.
