Join us for a mid-day reset, focused on deep relaxation and renewal. This restorative yoga and sound bath experience is designed to melt away stress and restore balance. As you move through gentle, supported yoga poses, you’ll be immersed in the calming vibrations of a live sound bath, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep restoration.
The experience will conclude with an extended 15-minute savasana, allowing you to fully absorb the healing effects of the sound. After class, enjoy a warm cup of tea to ease you back into your day—refreshed, grounded, and at peace.
No prior experience is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat—blankets will be provided. ✨
