Led by experienced instructor, Lindsey, this series introduces you to yoga, stretching, and strength-building postures that support spinal health and whole-body wellness.

In the first class of the series, one of our doctors will kick things off with an insightful

introduction. They will explain why movement is key to your overall well-being, with particular emphasis on how it complements chiropractic care.

Weekly Focuses:

Week 1 – Breath Techniques: Learn foundational breathing methods to enhance focus and relaxation during your practices.

Week 2 – Pose Alignment: Master proper alignment for key poses like High Crescent and Warrior 2 to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Week 3 – Sun Salutation A & Props: Flow through Sun Salutation A and discover how to use props as supportive tools in your practice.
